HOW TO
Mixing Ratio: 1:1 – 1 level scoop light master lightening powder + 1/2 oz. Matrix cream developer
Application:
• On scalp use with 10, 20 or 30 volume Matrix cream developers
• Off scalp use with 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume Matrix cream developers
Timing: Up To 50 minutes room temperature
Always follow manufacturer’s packaged instructions.
